The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 482 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "(i) Allow the present petition & set aside the impugned order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the court of Ms. Neelmani Sharma, LD., JMFCNI Act, South-West District, Dwarka Courts Delhi in CC NI ACT 20670/2021 titled as "HDFC Bank Ltd. vs. Dinesh Kumar" thereby dismissing the application filed by the Respondent U/s 311 of Cr.P.C. in the given facts and circumstances of the present case and direct the Ld. Trial Court to proceed in the Trial in accordance with law; (ii) Pass any other or further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the Petitioners." 4.
