1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in the pending SA No. 264/2013 to seek to challenge the auction sale which took place on 5th December, 2018 in accordance with law.

2. The Court makes it clear while dismissing this petition with liberty as

prayed for that the contentions of the Respondents in SA No. 264/2013 or any further application by the Petitioner are left open to be urged before the DRT.
