After some submissions, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file the same after recording the statements of material public witnesses. It is however, submitted that on one ground or another, there is delay in recording the statement of material public witnesses.

Learned APP for State, on instructions of IO, submits that endeavour shall be made to get the statements of material public witnesses recorded expeditiously.

With these observations, the Bail Application is disposed of with liberty as prayed.
