The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the representations made by the petitioner dated 12.03.2025 and 09.04.2025 to the Delhi Development Authority (respondent no.1) and another representation dated 13.05.2025 to Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (respondent no.2) be decided by the concerned respondents.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 expresses serious reservations as regards the aforesaid representations.
