By this writ petition, Petitioner complains of illegal unauthorised construction and encroachment in front of properties No.135/6 and 135/7, Gautam Nagar, New Delhi.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to approach the Special Task Force ('STF') for appropriate action. It will be open to the Petitioner to place the pleadings of this Court including the status report filed by the MCD, before the STF. Needless to state, if the Petitioner files a complaint with the STF, expeditious action will be taken looking at the nature of allegations made in the present writ petition. 3.
