W.P. (Crl.) 392/2016 This is a petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner for direction to the respondent no.2 to investigate the matter in proper perspective and not to transfer the case to Police Station Ghaziabad.
Ms Megha Bahl, Adv. appears on advance notice for Mr Avi Singh, ASC for State and submits that the investigation has already been transferred to Police Station Ghaziabad on 29.01.2016. Copy of transfer order has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.
That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition.
