% 29.08.2019 The present petition is the letter petition which is posted before this court by Joint Registrar (PIL) on the directions of the PIL Committee pursuant to the minutes dated 08.08.2019 whereby the petitioner/accused seek direction to decide his case earliest as possible so that he can take care of his family members.

The case against the petitioner is pending before the court of learned ASJ, Karkardooma Court, Shahdra, New Delhi in FIR No.536/2010 registered at police station Anand Vihar for the offences punishable under sections 395/397/412 IPC.

The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.01.2011. Keeping in view the above facts, I hereby direct to decide the abovementioned case of the petitioner within three weeks from today. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
