At the outset, Mr. Vashisht, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, upon instructions, states that the term of earlier House Committee on Municipal Corporations in Delhi has lapsed and a decision has been taken that the issue raised in these petitions will not be taken up by the present House Committee on Municipal Corporations in Delhi. 2.

Mr. Poddar, in view of the aforesaid, submits hat the present petitions do not survive. The same are disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
