The present petition has been field seeking following relief:- "Pass an order or Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other applicable writ, thereby calling for records of the Respondent No.1 wherein it led to disqualify and black-list the petitioner by issuing letter dated 06.02.2024, (not received) bearing No.211-D/34/15/Security/Trio/2022 Comp No.305178, and set/recall/quash the same. Stay the operation of the order of black-listing and debarment against the Petitioner and other consequences emanating against the Petitioner premising the impugned order/letter dated 06.02.2024 of Respondent."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner company has been blacklisted by the respondents.

In view of the above, issue notice. Ms. Mehak Nakra, the learned ASC who appears on advance service accepts notice on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 & 2.

She submits that no order of black listing qua the present petitionercompany has been passed till date. 5.
She submits that the show cause notice will be given to the petitioner in compliance of the principles of natural justice before passing any adverse order against the petitioner. The said statement is taken on record. 6.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, with liberty to approach the Court in the altered circumstances. 7.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
