The petition is for the following reliefs:
"a) Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in respect of Property No. 33/124-125, Block33, Trilok Puri, Delhi-ll0091, and to issue the freehold/conveyance deed in favor of the petitioners for the said property.;" 2.
The petitioners claim to be the legal heirs of late Sh. Ram Sakal Prasad who held the property bearing no. 33/124, Trilok Puri, Delhi 110091 (the property), through a General Power of Attorney (GPA) executed by the original allottee.

Prior to his demise, Sh. Ram Sakal is stated to have applied before respondent no. 1 for conversion of the property from leasehold to freehold and for issuance of a conveyance deed.

The grievance of the petitioners is that despite completion of all formalities, respondent no.2 has not yet decided the aforesaid application. The Court earlier directed for issuance of notice. However, the respondents have not filed any reply..

Under these circumstances, it is thought apposite to dispose to dispose of the petition with the following directions: (i) Let the petitioners to approach respondent no.2 by way of a fresh application along with copy of this petition and this order. (ii) On receipt of the aforesaid application, let respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt.
(iii) If the grievance of the petitioners is not fully mitigated, they shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 7.
The petition stands disposed of.
