Despite service, none of the defendants have filed written statements, except defendants 46 and 56, who have filed affidavits of compliance. 2.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the present Suit relates to unauthorized screening and communication of the film „Chhichhore‟ on internet through various websites which are termed as "rogue websites". He states, the Department of Telecommunication and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in compliance of the orders passed by this court have blocked the access to these "rogue websites" in order to ensure that the illegal screening of the film „Chhichhore‟ does not take place. He also states, ISPs arrayed as defendants have also blocked the websites. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states, since the movie is out of Theatres, the Suit be decreed in terms of Para 59(i) to (iv) of the plaint. It is ordered
accordingly. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly. 3.
I take on record the statement made by the counsel for the plaintiff that he does not press other reliefs as prayed for in Para 59 of the plaint. 4.
