W.P.(C) 9392/2019 and C.M. No. 38698/2019 After some arguments, on it being pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice that M/s R.S.T. Batteries Pvt. Ltd. situated at Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar), Haryana, of which the petitioner is the Director, has been lying sealed since 2005 by the Haryana State
Pollution Control Board, which fact has not been disclosed in the writ petition and it has not been explained as to how the said company has been carrying on business and issuing invoices thereafter which led to the alleged fraudulent availment of Input Tax Credit to the tune of Rs. 22 crores, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition .
