The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "(a) Quash the impugned Case No. CBI/27/2019 (FIR No. RC12(E)/2004-EOW-I) titled "CBI Vs. Rajan Uppal & Ors." pending before the court of Ld. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ms. Anjani Mahajan, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi;
(b) Set aside the summoning order dated 15.03.2008 and further proceedings in the impugned case qua the Petitioners herein; (c) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the course of the proceedings, the present petitioners have pled guilty before the learned Trial Court and in view of the same seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
