% 21.11.2019 Learned counsel for petitioner prays for protection and security from respondent no.4.

Respondent no.4 assures that he has never created and in future also he would not create any problem which may amount to security threat to the petitioner. Both petitioner and respondent no.4 state that they will live peacefully as neighbours.

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, W/ASI, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith so that in case of any exigency, the petitioner can contact the concerned officials.

The petitioner and respondent no.4 further state that they will cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required. In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition.
