Petitioner has approached this Court seeking refund of Court Fee of Rs.3,10,012/- paid by the Petitioner while filing CS (OS) No. 176/2017 before this Court.

Material on record indicates that the Court fee was paid in a suit filed by the Petitioner for partition and injunction.
