O R D E R

% 17.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that a decision has been taken to regularise the over-stay and grant Residential Permit to the petitioner, under usual checks and conditions. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has received an email dated 17.01.2020 advising the petitioner to pay a fee of Rs.43,200/- and penalty of Rs.20,000/- for grant of Residential Permit. She submits that the petitioner would like to make a representation to the respondents to waive the penalty as the petitioner has been regularly approaching the respondents for grant of Residential Permit and the delay was not occasioned for the reasons attributed to the petitioner.

Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of.
