Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already moved an application for regular bail before the Trial Court. However, the Trial Court has not disposed of the same. The only prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the regular bail application and expedite the proceedings. 2.
Learned APP submitted that the charge stands framed and on the next date of hearing, the prosecution will positively
start examining the prosecutrix.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the regular bail application and expedite the proceedings. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and record the evidence of the prosecutrix as expeditiously as possible.
