This application has been filed by the petitioner stating that, despite its best efforts, it has not been able to trace the details of the Legal Heirs of the respondent.

The application, therefore, prays that the matter be adjourned sine die, leaving it open to the petitioner to have the case revived upon tracing the Legal Heirs of the respondent.

In our view, it would be more appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case the details of the Legal Heirs of the respondent are traced or any other action is taken by them for seeking enforcement of the Impugned Order. 4.
