The present Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.505/2021, under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State submits that charge sheet stands already filed in this case. 3.

None has been appearing on behalf of the Petitioner since 28.08.2023. None has appeared even today.
