O R D E R

% 14.01.2020 Learned counsel appearing for South Delhi Municipal Corporation states that the entire building in question, namely, A-46, Vishvakarma Colony, MB Road, New Delhi has been sealed and demolition has been carried out on 11.09.2019.

A status report to the above effect has been filed by SDMC and the same is taken on record. A copy of the same be handed over to the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 confirms that the building has been sealed. He further states that no further construction

would be carried out in the property except with prior permission/sanction of the plan from respondent No. 1.

Taking the above statement on record, nothing further survives in this petition. The petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
