Ms. Urvi Mohan, learned counsel for GNCTD, has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 30.11.2022, wherein the factum of death of the respondent was noted and the appellant was granted liberty to file an appropriate application. It was further directed that the matter be listed as and when such application is filed. A perusal of the subsequent orders shows that the appellant remained unrepresented when the matter was taken up on 25.02.2026 pursuant to the directions of the "Case Flow Management Committee" of this Court, a Court notice was also directed to be issued. Though the service report is awaited, a perusal of the case record shows that no application for impleadment of LRs has ever been filed. The appellant has not taken any steps for the last four years.
