As regards prayer (a) seeking grant of an independent water connection to the petitioner, this Court is informed that the petitioner has already been granted an independent water connection by the Delhi Jal Board ("DJB"), and thus, prayer (a) stands satisfied. 3.
As regards prayer (b), learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that there is no unauthorized construction existing in the property in question. 4.
Accordingly, no orders are required to be passed by this Court qua The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

As regards prayer (c), i.e., for directions to restrain respondent no. 3 from interfering with the petitioner's lawful use and access of common areas of the building, this Court notes the submission on behalf of respondent no. 3 that no hindrance is being created with respect to the petitioner's use and access of the common areas of the building in question. 6.
This Court further notes that there is a civil suit already pending between the parties.

Noting the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
