Upon examining the grievance raised in the instant petition, the Court is of the considered opinion that the grievance can be appropriately addressed before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum established under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition and leaves it to the petitioner to avail the said remedy. 3.
