At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, upon instructions from the petitioner, who has joined the proceedings through VC, that the parties have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide settlement agreement dated 20.08.2025 before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is stated that in terms of the settlement agreement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,35,000/- as full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft dated 27.01.2026 of Rs.1,35,000/-, a photocopy of which has been taken on record.

The respondent, who is present in person, and has handed over a selfattested copy of his gate pass, which is taken on record, has acknowledged The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the receipt of aforesaid settlement amount and submits that there remain no other claims now.

The settlement agreement is taken on record. The parties are made bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. 4.

In view of the above, the petition along with pending application is disposed of.
