The matter has been settled between the parties in pursuance to which the respondent No.1 has paid the total sum of Rs.1,52,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim to the appellant. Further, the vehicle make Ford Ikon bearing registration No.DL-1YB-2540, which is registered in the name of respondent No.1 but hypothecated to the appellant, shall be dealt with exclusively by the appellant in the manner in which it likes. 2.

The appellant shall also be within its right to get the registration of the vehicle changed at a later point of time.
