The present applications under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.
424/2022 under Sections 420/408/467/468/471/193/212/34/120 B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Farsh Bazar.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that during the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings, the matter has been settled between the parties vide MOU dated 07.11.2023.

Status report dated 27.03.2024 authored by Insp. Amul Tyagi, SHO Farsh Bazar, Delhi has been handed up in Court, wherein it has been recorded as under:- "On compliance of the order dated 30.11.2023 of the Hon'ble High Court to verify the factum of settlement, statement of the complainant Raj Singh s/o Lakhmira has been recorded and as per statement of the present matter has been settled with the petitioners. The complainant is in possession of the property in dispute in this case. Copy of statement is attached herewith report."

In view of the above, the present applications are allowed. In the event of arrest, the applicant are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer, further subject to following conditions:
i.
The applicants shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
ii.

iii.
The applicants shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
iv.

The applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly. 6.
