The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:

"Issue a writ of Habeas Corpus or any other writ/order/direction of a like nature directing all the Respondents herein to produce minor daughter (aged: 14 years) of the Petitioner immediately, before this Hon'ble Court;"

Since, an earlier petition being W.P.(C) No. 1418/2024 filed by the petitioner with the same prayer has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2024 and there is no material development, therefore, the present petition is also dismissed for the same reasons.
