Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 65/2024 under Section 408/500/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 dated 13.05.2024 registered at Police Station Barakhamba Road.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State submits that that the ChargeSheet has already been filed and the Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have been placed in Column No. 12. Insofar as, the Petitioner No. 1 is concerned, the matter has already been compromised. Since the Charge-Sheet has already been filed, no ground remains for quashing of the said FIR. The contentions herein raised herein may be raised before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Learned ASC on behalf of the State has clarified that the ChargeSheet has been filed only under Section 408/34 IPC. 5.
The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to raise the contentions mentioned herein before the learned Trial Court. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
