It appears from the record that the petitioner has made representations dated 30.05.2024, 21.02.2025, and 11.04.2025 to the University to consider his case for promotion. The representations have not been answered.

Ms. Aliza Alam, learned counsel for the University, who appears on advance notice, states that the representations will be considered as also the grounds taken in the writ petition, and a reasoned order will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.

Dr. Alex Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the rights and contentions of the petitioner may be reserved, in the event of an adverse decision.

The aforesaid submissions are accepted. the writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of, in these terms.
