In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to approach the Court, where, C.S. (OS) 28/2019 is pending. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
