RC2182023A0004 dated 22.02.2023 under Section 120-B read with 420 I.P.C. and Section 7, 9, 10, and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered with PS: CBI/AC-III, District Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom. 4.

Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to invoke appropriate remedy in law before the appropriate forum. 5.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
