This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking advancement of the date of hearing of CM APPL. No. 34953/2025 filed in W.P.(C) 7945/2025 from 02.07.2025 to 06.06.2025. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that after filing of this application, the Respondent has communicated an order on 05.06.2025 through the Respondent's portal. The said order reads as under: "Clarification regarding decision dated 10.12.2024 for 2024-2025 academic sessionThis is to inform you that the Council has received several representations concerning the academic continuity of students studying in institutions that were not granted approval for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

admissions in the academic session 2024-25.

After careful consideration of the matter, the Council has decided to grant approval for the continuation of running courses, despite the rejection communicated to your institution through the PCI portal on 8.12.2024, which pertained exclusively to new admissions for the academic session 2024-25.

It is to be noted that the said rejection does not affect the continuation of the existing pharmacy course for the academic session 2024-25, subject to the submission of an undertaking by the institution confirming the availability of the required physical and academic infrastructure.

The intent of this decision is to ensure compliance with the prescribed norms while safeguarding the academic interests of existing students, whose ongoing education remains unaffected." 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the above order, the grievance in the petition stands satisfied. However, a formal order in the form of a decision letter with a QR Code is required to be passed.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the formal order in the form of a decision letter will be communicated to the concerned universities including the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the examinations are to commence from 23.06.2025. In view of the same, the Respondent shall communicate the decision, which is uploaded on the portal on 05.06.2025, by way of a formal decision letter on or before 20.06.2025 to the Petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the decision taken by the Respondent, as stated above. Pending application also stands disposed of.
