The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of the FIR No.101/2024 dated 26.03.2024 registered at Police Station I.P. Estate for offences under Sections 420/468/471 IPC.

permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

In view of the fact that the present dispute is between the husband and the wife and looking into the fact that the Petitioner is a working lady who is being put to difficulty because of pendency of this investigation, this Court is inclined to direct the investigating agency to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 40 days from today. 5.

Since no meaningful arguments on the merits of the case have been made by the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case and all the rights and contentions including those raised in this petition are left open for the Petitioner to be raised at an appropriate stage in case a chargesheet is filed against the Petitioner. It is also made clear that all the contentions of the Complainant are also left open.

For a meaningful investigation to come to a conclusion, it is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation. 7.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending application(s), if any.
