O R D E R

% 26.09.2019 IAs 11970-11971/2019 (for exemptions) Exemptions allowed subject to all just exceptions. Applications stand disposed of.

ARB.P. 553/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes to the fact that respondent has given to the petitioner a panel of three names for approval of one name as Arbitrator. He states, he has already forwarded the name to the respondent who has to issue an order for appointment. If that be so, respondent is directed to pass a formal order of appointment of the Arbitrator.

The petition stands disposed of.
