Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Kuldeep Sugandh for issuing directions to transfer the investigation to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or to any other competent agency and to further investigate FIR No. 83/2023 dated 21.04.2023 under Sections 420/467/468/471/472/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Mayapuri. 2.

The Charge-Sheet stands filed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Case with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
