The present petition has been filed seeking quashing and setting aside of impugned decision letter dated 05.03.2025 of Registrar-cum-Secretary, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) rejecting petitioners' application for D.Pharm Course.

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the decision of rejection has been predicated on the ground that no consent of examining body was submitted by petitioners. 3.

He submits that the impugned order has been passed without giving any show cause notice and hearing to petitioners. 4.

concedes that no show cause notice and hearing were given in the present case.

In that view of the matter, impugned order dated 05.03.2025 is quashed and set aside.

Consequently, respondent/PCI is directed to reconsider the application of petitioners and point out deficiency to petitioners, within a period of 10 days from today.

After receipt of communication from respondent/PCI, petitioners will be entitled to rectify the deficiency, within a period of 10 days thereafter. 8.

The respondent/PCI may then take final decision by 30.09.2025 with respect to the approval for Academic Session 2025-26. 9.
