The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging Order dated 01.06.2022 passed by the learned Trial Court directing the Petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month to the son and wife as interim maintenance.

These proceedings emanate out of the proceedings initiated under Section 125 CrPC.

When this Court gave a suggestion to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/husband that the Trial Court would be directed to complete the exercise within a period of 14 months from today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepted the suggestion given by this Court. 4.

The petition is being disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to conclude the proceedings within 14 months from today. Both parties are directed not to take unnecessary adjournments in the matter and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Trial Court is also requested to ensure that unnecessary adjournments are not granted in the matter.
