A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for setting aside of Order dated 14.12.2022 passed by Sentence Review Board in Case No.57 and for pre-mature release of the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner submits that thereafter there is a subsequent Order filed by SRB. Therefore, the present Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to challenge the subsequent Order.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
