Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khanna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NTA invites attention of the Court to the order dated 18.07.2025 to contend that this Court had directed the NTA to upload the revised result of the petitioner nos.1, 2 & 10, as well as, proposed petitioner nos.15 and 18 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

He submits that 20.07.2025 being Sunday, the revised result could not be uploaded. He, therefore, submits that the revised result/scorecards will be uploaded latest by today evening. Let needful be done as undertaken. 3.
Ms. Rishika Nagpal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of aforesaid petitioners/proposed petitioners submits that the last date for the registration of spot counselling round in University of Delhi is 21.07.2025 i.e. today. 4.
She submits that since the revised scorecards have not been uploaded by the respondent/NTA, the aforesaid petitioner/proposed petitioners will not be in a position to upload the same for the purpose of registration for counselling.

She, therefore, urges that necessary observations may be made by the Court in the order to enable the petitioners to take benefit of extra five marks which have been granted to them vide order dated 18.07.2025. 6.
In view of the above, it is directed that the respondent University of Delhi shall give the benefit of extra five marks to the petitioner nos.1, 2 & 10 and proposed petitioner nos.15 & 18 at the time of spot counselling provided the said petitioners/proposed petitioners have applied for the registration in respect thereof.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned senior counsel submits that proposed petitioner no.16 is also similarly situated as aforesaid petitioners/proposed petitioners inasmuch as she had attempted and challenged the Question ID: 3016983415 and had also opted Option 1 i.e. 'Kinesthetic Sense' as the correct answer. This position is not disputed by Mr. Sanjay Khanna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/NTA. 8.
It is, therefore, directed that proposed petitioner no.16 is also entitled The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
to extra five marks in terms of order dated 18.07.2025 besides what she has already scored. Accordingly, aforesaid directions given to the University of Delhi in para 6 above shall also enure to the benefit of proposed petitioner no.16.

Let respondent/NTA upload the scorecard of proposed petitioner no. 16 latest by 22.07.2025.

With the aforesaid directions the petition stands disposed of. 11.
