The instant petition is directed against the order dated 07th July, 2018, whereby interim maintenance was awarded under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('CrPC'). Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have since resolved their disputes and have jointly filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent, in which the statement for the first motion has already been recorded.

In view of the aforesaid settlement between the parties, counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the dispute underlying the proceedings under Section 125 CrPC also stands amicably resolved. Accordingly, he has received instructions to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
