1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.155/2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the impugned order incorrectly records certain vital facts, instead of pressing the present petition he will be moving a review application before the learned Tribunal.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the petition stands dismissed as not pressed. It is, however, directed that, in case, the petitioner prefers a review petition before the Tribunal within two weeks from today, the same will be considered by the learned Tribunal on merits and not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
