This application is, accordingly, disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4283/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No. 895/2015 dated 26.12.2015 registered at PS - Jait Pur, South East District, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 452/323/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating out of it. The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection if the present petition is allowed.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are personally present in Court with learned counsel - Ms. Sumita and they have been identified by HC Ramkesh Meena/IO.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the total settlement amount and prays that the present petition may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, I hereby quash the FIR No. 895/2015 dated 26.12.2015 registered at PS - Jait Pur, South East District, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 452/323/34 IPC and all other proceeding emanating therefrom.
