This application is, accordingly, disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4303/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No. 464/17 registered at PS - Jait Pur for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC. The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes in the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi and the respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue his case further against the petitioner.

Respondent No. 2 is personally present in Court with learned counsel - Mr. Deepak Agarwal and he has been identified by SI Prateek Saxena/IO. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits, on instructions, that the respondent No. 2 has received the total settlement amount and has no objection if the present petition is allowed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, I hereby quash the FIR No. 464/17 registered at PS - Jait Pur for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC and all other proceeding emanating therefrom.
