Affidavit of the wife of the petitioner has been filed. 2.
Status report filed by the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the wife of the petitioner has already been admitted in the hospital on 26.9.2019 and she is supposed to be operated on 28.9.2019. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier this Court, vide order dated 16.12.2015, was pleased to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks. 5.
Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

However, taking into consideration the affidavit of the wife of the petitioner, the status report as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court
deems it proper to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a period of one week from the date of his release, on the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. It is clarified that no extension of time, under any circumstances, would be granted to the petitioner and the petitioner shall surrender immediately after the expiry of one week before the Superintendent, Tihar Jail, Delhi. 7.
Bail application is disposed of in above terms. Dasti.
