It is not disputed that the application for interim maintenance is still pending adjudication. The impugned order dated 08.08.2023, passed by the learned Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Mt No. 158/2023, is only an ad interim order directing the petitioner to pay a sum of ₹15,000/- per month to the respondents as ad interim maintenance. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financial position of the petitioner is not such that he would be able to pay ₹15,000/- per month to the respondents. 3.
The petitioner is at liberty to agitate the said ground before the learned Trial Court.
4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. He, however, requests that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide the application for interim maintenance expeditiously.
