"(a) Quash the summoning order dated 04.01.2021 issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Complaint case No. 183 of 2020, Sanjay Varshney Vs. M/s Pearl Hospitality and Events Pvt. Ltd. & Others; and (b) Quash the criminal proceedings pending before Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Complaint case No. 183 of 2020, Sanjay Varshney Vs. M/s Pearl Hospitality and Events Pvt. Ltd. & Others; and/ or (c) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties.
