% 11.04.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 341/2016 under Section 193/385/506/34 IPC registered at PS Anand Vihar pursuant to the order of learned ACMM dated 15th July, 2016. No status report has been filed by the State. Learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from the investigating officer SI Maneesh Kumar states that investigation in the aforesaid FIR is complete and a cancellation report will be filed before the learned Trial Court within four weeks.

In view of the statement of the learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions from the investigation officer, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case the cancellation report is not accepted to agitate the grounds available therein. Petition and application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
