The present execution petition under Order XXI Rule 10 read with Rule 11(2) of CPC has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking execution of the Decree dated 02.09.2016 whereby this Court had passed decree for a sum of Rs.10 lakhs along with interest of 9% per annum from 26.08.2007 till the date of payment.

Today, it is stated that in compliance of the Order dated 13.11.2025, the entire decretal amount has been deposited. 3.

In view of the above, the present Execution Petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
