This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"a. Partly set-aside the impugned judgement dated 01.06.2023 passed by Sh. Sanjay Sharma -II, Additional Session Judge-03 Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi titled as "Preeti Verma vs Pankaj Verma" bearing CA No. 137/2020 and enhance the maintenance to the tune of 2. 5 lacs per month and grant the same according to life style of the Respondent No. 1 and his income. b. Direct the respondent no. 1 to handover the keys of the property bearing no. A-9 East Baldev Park and also handover the chain of property paper and original sale deed to Petitioner. c. Direct the respondents to pay the litigation charges/cost to Petitioner of Rs. 15 lacs.
d. Direct the respondents to handover the original passport of petitioner, both kids and stridhan of the petitioner. e. Direct the Respondent number 1 to clear the arrears as on date as per session court orders and also ask petitioner no 1 to pay the monthly maintenance.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the parties have since now settled the matter.

A copy of the settlement agreement dated 24.12.2024 is handed up in Court today and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
