The petitioner alleges contempt of an order dated 15.04.2025 in W.P.(C) 2424/2023, which directed as follows: "3. The respondent is, therefore, directed to file a detailed affidavit chronologically listing the notices given to the petitioner, replies received from her and also place on record the minutes of inquiry proceedings, evidence and documents, as well as the final report of the inquiry officer.

4. Let affidavit be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto may be filed within two weeks thereafter." 2.

It is submitted that an affidavit has been filed by the respondent No. 1 on 15.05.2025, but the affidavit does not comply with the requirements of the said order, to the extent that the documents directed to be placed on record, have not been annexed to the affidavit. 3.

The matter was passed over to enable Mr. Aggarwal to take instructions. He has taken instructions and states that the documents will be filed by 15.07.2025. submission, and directed to file the documents on affidavit, within the aforesaid time.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I do not consider it appropriate to institute contempt proceedings at this stage. 5.
